Hello, and welcome to the world of Nicole Fitzgerald.
I always knew I wanted to perform. Being an artist is something that has been with me since I was kid. I made my mom submit my school pictures to agencies around Chicago, but by being a working single mother she didn't have the know how or the time to break me into the business I so longed to be apart of. Needless to say the 7th grade school picture didn't get me in the door.
In college, I sought after an on-camera career in News. I was an anchor/reporter for the local PBS station, which made me a local celebrity around campus. After college, I realized I didn't have a passion for news, but I knew I wanted to be on-camera, so I immersed myself into the wonderful world of acting. I took classes at Northwestern University secured a local agent, booked a principal role in a straight to DVD movie and was cast in a play. I did all of this while preparing to move to LA.
My time in LA has been great! I've learned so much about the business and I've become a working actress. I've booked numerous national commercials, for clients such as: Chevy, Intel, Taco Bell, McDonald's, etc. My face has been seen in magazines such as Lucky, and People and I've been cast in great projects for TV/Film. All of these opportunities have set the stage for a long list of credits to come. |
